Portfolio Management

To initiate the investment process, your portfolio manager will work with you to complete an analysis of your current financial position, and your plans and needs for the future.

Once you have completed this, you will be asked to sign a document giving the manager permission to trading within your managed account at the manager’s discretion. The manager will have the right to buy and sell holdings, but not to withdraw any funds, other than the agreed-upon management fees.

Upon receipt of funds, your portfolio manager, a registered investment advisor, will immediately begin the continuous direction of your portfolio. Accounts are normally established through existing investment instruments and/or cash assets. Minimum investment required is $500,000. Management fees are proportionally based upon the market value of the portfolio.
